60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Duna Beauty serum. Try it for 60 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the product price of your first order.

• No need to send the bottle back. Just email us with your order number.
• The guarantee covers your first order, up to two bottles per customer and per household.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
• Shipping fees already paid are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Once it has shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies.
